Where are the cats in Ironworks,Newgate

I looked all over The Ironworks and NewGate prison and i still cant find them! Plz help, Ty

In the room where you fought the boss (Pops O'Leary) there is another open doorway on the other side. The cat is out there on the broken walkway.

Stray Cats in:

Ironworks: after you defeat Pops O'Leary, go out the "BACK" ramp behind Pops. The stray cat is on the ramp.

Newgate Prison: the cat is near Officer Malone (turns left when you see Officer Malone).
