Hello people, my name is Angela SpiritFlame and I am a lvl 23, adept pyromancer. Ok, Wul' Yahm gave me a quest to Marely Bone, but, i can't get there. Is there a certain lvl I have to be in order to get there? If so, can someone plz tell me? Thanks a lot. :-)

Access to the worlds of the Spiral is not dependent on your level, but on the quests and assignments that you've completed. Once you've completed all your assignments in Krokotopia, you will be invited to explore further in Marleybone.

for some reson i'm lvl 30 fire and i still cant go to marlybone and wul'yam
he gave me that quest to go to marlybone but i cant

You have to beat Krokopatra in the Temple Dweller quest. It follows up the ciphers in the Tomb of Storm.
