unending quest for second safehouse

I have been on this quest for 4 days now I have been to every safehouse and warehouse in hydepark it still says that I need to search the second safehouse I really could use some help on this I am stuck cant move on till it is done

The quest arrow seems to be bugged lately. Pressing "T" doesn't always toggle it on and off.

If you open your map, you'll see the locations for all three Safehouses. Use it to guide you to each. One of them is the one you're looking for.

If you can't get into any of the three, send in a ticket to Support.
