Hi, I'm not sure if this should be in Halstorm's laboratory or here. Basically I am a level 28 wizard in the IronWorks, and just can't complete it. I do all the quests, defeat all the bosses, and then... Nothing. Not one thing happens. It tells me to go find Baxter, but he isn't there! The arrow says he should be there, but he isn't! Why?
