ok so I have wanted to talk about this for so long it is so cool that there is a doctor who in w101 but his teleghaph(aka tardis)box is smaller on inside!
You talk to The Professor for a side quest in Zafaria given out by Inyanga Whitestripes in the Baobab Crossroads to get this tool thing back (you can tell I've never seen the show) from some Bandits in the Baobab Market, then you give it back to him in Marleybone. So it's going to be a LONG time before you chat with him. Sorry!
