Stray Cat in Ironworks

Can anyone tell me where the stray alley cat that Prospector Zeke wants us to find is in the Ironworks? For the life of me I cannot find him. If anyone can just tell me what section of the map....even that would be a great help. Thank you.

Before you battle the last boss I think it was Pops Oleary you go to his back right. There's an opening there that leads you to the stray cat.
