A couple of days ago I went in to this subway in Marleybone and it loaded for a bit and there! I saw a frog that could train for each element and the shop keeper and okayish pets. So just walk in a subway in the place where you travel around Marleybone. But make sure that you DONT go around the place just walk right in the subway near a man standing up.

It's not a secret exactly. This is in Digmore Station, and the man is the Mayor. And there's several pets, not just one.
