Quests after Katz Lab

I just finished Katz Lab and talked with Holems, but never got another quest after. I know there has to be more as I still need to go to Big Ben and I guess there is a counter weight quest too. What am I missing. I've lvl 38 so I know that isn't it, or is it?

I found this list of quests for Marleybone on one of the fansites:

According to this list, you should talk to Clancy Pembroke in The Royal Museum. Hope this helps.

There was a guy next to Holmes that you were supposed to talk to in order to get the counterweight east quest. Did you talk to him?
