Shield yourself in the beginning to take the blunt of his damage, then strike hard when he's not hitting you.

just use prism first and then use traps and use blades of course and carry heals and most important
is a minion of ice or myth buy from bazaar

I don't think it was too hard, but then again I'm the kind of person who gets hooked on side quests and ends up level 41 and still in Marleybone. If you need help I'd be happy to don't be afraid to ask
