plz help me out i cant go to chealsya court

I cant go to chealsya court it says you dont have a ticket for this when i did buy it from the ticket vendor i think it is a bug :(

1) Why did you post this in Krokotopia, not Marleybone?
2) Why did you call Tracey Castlton a 'Ticket Vendor?'

I told you i cant go to chealsya court and i posted in marley bone ok anyways the person that sells tickets or dog said that i could not buy tickets to chealsya court yet even though i had the quest there. but i found out what happened i got the quest quicker than most.
