Pets in Marleybone

I have done quite a lot of research on the internet about pets in marleybone! I want to have a quality pet that has a card at baby! I just want to buy a pet instead of defeating bosses and using crowns. Apparently there should be someone selling pets in Digimoore station or chelsea court. Can you tell me who and where that person is?

Howard Angleton is the merchant in Air Dales Hideaway (off Digmoore Station) that sells pets for Marleybone. None of those pets have a card.
