how do i find her? it keeps pointing me at a teleporter but its not working and i don't know how to get it to work

ok dude check your map. just press M on your keyboard. find where you are and find where mrs. marphly is and plan a route to her.

You can't activate the teleporter untill you find the other one. I think they should change this! What good is iit to have the teleporters if they don't work all the time? I think that they should just let you bump into them and then POOF! They're on.
