Missing Chelsea Court Quest

I have completed the prequest for the "Ticket to Chelsea Court" Quest. It is really bothering me, could I get some help here please?

I am also missing that quest and can not get to Chelsea Court. Its not only you. This is no good.

The quest "Ticket to Chelsea Court" was removed. You no longer need to complete it.
