Once you get to the lab you fight Katz then talk to Grunk. Follow his orders and gather crates to build the clockwork. The clockwork will tell you what else to do. Hint: Meowiarty is at the top of Big Ben and you have to do both Counterweights first. Bring your best spells and don't spill any milk.
