Ok, I am a level 54 wizard and i wanted some side quests to level up easier and i heard about the tower by the police station in marleybone. I have been trying and looking to get a way inside but i cant find the person that gives me the quest to go inside. CAN SOMEONE HELP!!!! :(

The Marleybone Warehouse is optional, you get the quest to it from the Storm School teacher. It requires a fight in about every other land first. When you are done you get that tower.
Just so you know, the experience from that is not great, I don't know anyone who farms it for the loot and above all you must find at least one other wizard who has the quest or did the warehouse to help you - to solo would be a night mare. BriskBreeze is given by the guard in ole town is about the same rules and difficulty.
In the end if you want big fights - finish off Grizzlehiem if you haven't already and do Wintertusk - tons of experience and loot to sell, a virtual jackpot when you compare it even to Celestia. By the time you reach 58 you maybe right around your level 58 pet quest requirements area there and can make it a 2 fer.
