I'm a level 48 diviner even with storm lord and tempest and titon and storm trap. Since I'm a storm wizard it is even harder do to 30-50% minus on normal monsters and 70% minus on bosses it is impossible. Do to rare shield not working and them using myth trap. Burn kensington park burn.
