I've been trying to get into Chelsea Court for some time now. I have done all of the quests involving Baxter in Hyde Park and have received the quest 'Out Of Control'. When looking at the order of the quests, I should have already been able to get my ticket to Chelsea Court. Do I have to be a certain level to get there as well? I haven't seen anything talking about that so I am super confused. Any help would be awesome!! Thank you!
