i need to come in chelsea court (marleybone)(i have much quests in chelsea court!) but how to get a ticket? can anyone help me???

Same way you got a ticket to Hyde Park. If you haven't completed Hyde Park's main story line quests, you will not be granted access. If you have, go see Sherlock Bones as instructed and then the 'travel agent' in Digmore Station.
All you have to do is quest more. The quests you have are side quests. To be able to do them, keep following the main quests and you will eventually gain access to Chelsea Court. (Or, if you don't want to wait, ask a higher level friend to drop you off there.)
