How do you get into the Warehouse?

Ok, so my friend was in this place called the Warehouse, and I've found its location, but I don't know how to get in it. Any know how? I've been doing some side quests from people from Regent's Square, but none are leading up to the Warehouse!

Have you beaten DS? you need to beat Malistare to get into the warehouse
