How do i get to Marleybone

I was wordering when can i go to marleybone because i love the acent of everyone in that world

You get to Marleybone after completing the main quest line in Krokotopia. Once you have defeated Krokopatra, talk to Major Talbot, and he will give you the Spiral Key that lets you access Marleybone.
