Ugh. I got this quest in Marylbone but the sigels are not lit. I have gone to Hyde park, chelsea, iron works, reagents square looking for side quests. I have picked up some, but still I can't open the door.

Same thing is happening for me in Grizzlehiem and Krok (Oka's chest).
There are a few instances, scattered throughout the spiral, who's sigil do not light up but you can still go up to them and get the "Press X to Enter" message.
If you go up to the sigil, and it is not lit up, or does not display the "Press X to Enter" message, then there is still something you need to do in order to get access to the instance.
