hi , could you tell me why halston sends me to marleybone to talk to walter chaplin but when i get there walter has nothing for me :-(

Mr. Chaplin should have listened to one of your stories. If you missed that, you may want to check and see if you have a quest to find the Spiral Key in the Warehouse. The Warehouse is located in the SE corner of your Marleybone (Commons area) Map.

I have an unknown hunch that this activates the Spiral pad near the Great Spiral chart in the Chantry within the District of the Stars.
