I forgot his name?But when I go to the lab.Watson said meet him in his lab.but the door is lock.You need to unlock the door,you have to have combination.What is the combination?

Follow the quest arrow and do the quest to find out how to unlock it. You have to defeat someone who will 'give' you the combination. And it's Katzenstein's Lab
