So I am in Marleybone and I am finally at the end of it. I mad it all the way through Counterweight West and I beat it. I did everything it told me to do, and when I went back to the museum to talk to the guy he told me to talk to the lady in Counterweight West again. So I have to start Counterweight West all over again. Is there anything the people in charge can help me or do I really have to start it all over?
Are you certain that you're not confusing Counterweight West with Counterweight East? The only other thing I can think of is if you forgot to pick up the quest before going in.
