Can't find my main questline in Marleybone.

So, I cannot find my main quest line despite not having finished Marleybone. Haven't fought Katzenstein or Big Ben. The name of the wizard is Talon StormCaller.

You have completed all your required tasks in Marleybone. You need to speak to Merle Ambrose in Wizard City to obtain the quest "MooShu".

Can't find my main questline in Marleybone.
