Kingsisle do you realize how hard the second dungeon is? I entered with a fire wizard and we were both 42 and it took us 2 hours! The life boss is just insane.
The key to defeating Chief Whip is to take him out in one hit. With your assistance and the fire's buffs, said fire should take him out decently easily. I would recommend waiting until you get to higher levels before taking on these dungeons though.
