Where is the pet shop in krokotopia?

There is indeed a pet vendor in Krokotopia, in fact there's two!
One is located across the boat ride on the Krokosphinx and the other is located in a secret shop location. Look for secret shops in many worlds of the Spiral.

Like Gamma said, there is a secret shop,and there is a shop next to the Krokoshpinx.The secret shop opens once an hour i think....
