Where do i get the quest or the keymaster?

I need to go to the emperer's retreat and i have no clue where to get the quest for the keymaster. please help. thanks

You have to finish the rest of the areas in that section of Krok...ie, defeat Kai Amante in the Arena and then do the Vault.

The question is why you need to go in...if it is for the beetle, just relax and do the main quest-line and you should get there
