I am a level 33 balance wizard and I still dont have the quest for judgemen I already have my minion but i still dont have the quest for the judgement spell and I already have the hex spell soo im confused how do i get the quest for the spell
You're still working on the quest that will grant you Judgement. Continue the quest you currently have called "Takin' the Omnibus" and it will open up more quests for you that will lead to your spell.
