It looks like a scroll with a fancy clasp. But just what is it? Anyone know. Does it do something is there a krokotopia them l, 2 and 3? If anyone know I sure would like to know. Peony 552

It is a music scroll used in the new housing item, the Music Player. Here is a link with the details:
Currently you can buy the music scrolls for Wizard City Main Theme and Krokotopia Main Theme only. All of the other themes are dropped items. The details for this are also on the link above.
It provides the music heard in Krokotopia's Tomb of Storms. It works with the Music Player, which you can buy in the Wizard City Housing shop, and which goes in your room, castle, or house. There are other items that play some the various music found in the game, and some can be bought from merchants. I've never heard Krokotopia Themes 1, 2, or 3, but they may exist.
Buy a Music Player at Wizard City Furniture and Castle shop (1000 Gold.), teleport to your Home/Dorm, go to where you want to put the music player, place it where you wanna but keep it in Furniture Placement mode, click on it, press the music icon button, now click the Krokotopia Theme 4 Scroll and put it into the Music Player, Now rock out to some Krokotopia Music!
You can buy the Music Player from Aubert Quickhammer in the Wizard city Furniture and Castle shop. The music player can play Themes, which is music from the various worlds of W101. The item you got can be played on the music player, so that you can listen to Krokotopia music whenever you want!!!
