The Oasis Beetle

It won't let me finish the quest. I'd go to the Well of Spirits and walk over to the beetle and it'd move; signaling that I got it. But it wouldn't do anything to the quest...Anyone know how to fix it?

It may be fixed if you log out, then log back in. Or else it could be a glitch.
