Do you mean the one to open the door on The Frozen Lake?
If that's the one, you need to back up a little bit, and go onto the frozen lake again. There are some braziers (5 or 6 -- I forget exactly how many) that you must change to fire and then go back to open the door.
You are on a time limit, so go quickly to each one.
