If I recall correctly that glyph is in the dig site on that map. Just approach all the carved stone pillars and you will trigger the correct one.

The very first rubbing? That's the tallest obelisk in the excavation site. Approach it and you should get the dialogue prompting you to hit X.

It is in the main dig room in the chamber of fire. It is half buried.
