Can someone tell me how to open the door into the Vault of Ice - Tome of the Fang - Obelisk Rubbing? I've got the scroll and the book of the fang, defeated the Boss 5 times and the cirles won't light to let me into the Vault of Ice when I go up the stairs - nothing. It's so frustrating!! I'm level 23. Thanks for the help!!

Vault of Ice is a part of the main-line quest. The quest for the rubbing is a side-quest...just put it on hold till your main-line quests catch up with the side-quests.
Even though you have a quest to get the rubbing from the Obelisk, you can't enter the Vault of Ice until you get that quest from Shalek in the entrance hall. Continue to follow your storyline, and you will eventually get the Vault of Ice quest.
