Need help on a quest

How do I get Krag Stonechin to come out so I can fight him, I have been stuck on this quest for about two weeks now and I can't seem to figure it out at all, so can you please answer me back ASAP!

It's the same way you fought the Wild Sunbird: you go through the door to go into his room to fight him.
