Why can't i get in to a area in Krokotopia with my level 20 balance wizard? Right when i get into the pyramid i run forward then i go up the stairs on the right and right when i get to the top i can't go in that area and i have a quest in there

You have to earn the right to go anywhere in this game. You have to finish the main story line quests to gain access to the that part of the pyramid.
