Krok Insect Tablet

I have recently begun gardening and have been looking for the Krok Insect Tablet that the prickly bear cactus likes. I've looked in the wiki and on a fan site but have not been able to get a concrete answer as to who drops this item. Can someone at Kingsisle please let us know where we can get it? Thanks

I'm pretty sure it drops from someone in the Emperors Retreat. Not sure though...
