i can't find my ice quest

I just turned level 18 to do my ice quest and when I went up to the ice teacher their was no quest for me at all and I was trying to figure out why?? this happen to me with the other ice quest before this. please someone help me quick

Hey mkt0629!

There are 2 requirements to be able to get the level 18 Ice spell quest from your teacher:
  • You must be level 18
  • You must have completed the quest "No More Mr. Ice Guy" which gives you the spell "Ice Prism" at level 12

Is there no exclamation point above your teacher's head? No quests at all? Have you already obtained Ice Trap and Ice Prism?
