For me, I had to go to the tomb of storms and find someone else there that had a quest. Actually, a bunch of quests. I have found that there can be disconnects in this game as far as quest go. This leaves the player with no quest and nothing to do. Whenever that happens to me I always find that I have missed someone with a quest that I have not talked yet.
