If you defeated the first guy in the Throne Room (I forget his name), then the Professor told you to defeat Krockohamen.
Look on your map to see what area he is in. When you get to that area, he is walking around in the center of the floor. He keeps moving around so you have to look for him. (He is not in one particular room or spot.)
