Ok, first you have to beat the quests that the first guy (dog) in the palace of fire in the pyramide of the sun has for you. then you will be asked to travel to krakophyinx. then beat shalec the wises quests. then you will be able to go to the temple of storms. ONLY beat the first goast's quests then you will be able to go to marleybone. This is what I did so if it dose not work, do all of them. :D :D :D :D
