How do you get the Mander pet?

I really want the mander pet because it looks really awesome. Does it come with a mander spell because that would be really cool. How do you get it?????

"Mandy Zaptongue" is dropped by Prince Aka Karanahn in the Karanahn Barracks, Tomb of Storms.

Mander pets are really cool but no they do not come with any spell card! They just hop around happily and hide when they're scared. Good luck!
