Help with Order of The Fang Quest

After you find the Balance School and you talk to the Balance teacher, he doesn't give me another quest after? Is that the end of the Order of the Fang or is it just a glitch? He won't give me another quest and he has no quest mark over his head. Can someone help me? :(
