okay, where are the scrolls or scroll in the the Karharen Barracks or something, i'm desprate, i'm already in marley bone and i need to complete this quest ASAP! HELPP!

Go into the barracks, into the area where there are several islands connected by bridges. In this area, there are a couple of buildings. Search around the buildings. Near one of the buildings, the bugle will blow and the quest text will pop up telling you that you have found the scroll.
