I went in with some of my online friends into the Emperor's retreat dungeon. My friend killed the boss before me. Now I can't find the Krokhotep boss and my quest is stuck. What should I do?
Instances/Dungeons/etc. reset after 30-90 minutes.
You can reset it yourself by heading back to the entrance, going in, leaving through the door (you'll get a warning message about leaving), then going back in again. This should reset the instance.
