Went to defeat the King Uric Ahnic and collect Part 1. He was not there. Went back out to main entrance and re-entered and still could not find him. There was another player in the outer ring that appeared "stuck" and there was the Well of Springs Teleport. Tried the teleport to restart and it still would not produce the King.
Is that one of those bosses that are just out in the open? Try changing realms or coming back in a few minutes. Someone had probably just defeated him before you did. Good luck!
