exact location of the Emporers Retreat beetle

Can anyone please tell me the exact location of the Emporers Retreat beetle? This is the last one I need to find in order to complete Zeke beetle quest. I have already played that dungeon twice and still wasn't able to find it. I am about ready to play it a 3rd time to see if I can find it so any input someone has on the location will be helpful

At the frozen lake,go to the pier behind the half sunken ship.It should be on that pier.Hope i helped.

Look by the far island and you will find him on the dock.
