I had to get some eye thing then the next day the quest was gone. so I can't get out Krokotopia.
He's talking about the Eye of Krok which is part of the Throne of Fire dungeon. Since it is a dungeon, you have to play it all the way through. Otherwise it resets and you have to start it all over - which appears to be what happened. Go back to the Throne of Fire entrance and start again.
