Can't move forward

Hi I went to defeat Pike Spiritcrusher, and first defeated the two spiders. I see a lever, but it won't let me "pull" it and I can't get out without losing my progress in this dungeon. What do I do?

I guess this is a technical fault. I hope the faculty fix this soon.
