I am a balance wizard 20, I am trying to get into the vault of ice to continue on my Tome of the Fang quest, but it seemed like I cant get in there, I have done some research over some webs and learned that there are some other quests that I have to finish in order to gain access to the vault of ice, can someone tell me what quests are required to be completed before entering the vault of ice :) :)

You have to follow the main quest line. Before The vault is the arena, and the fight with Kai Amante.
